Blue
Mountain is Ontario's Winter Playground
What's NEW at Blue?
New novice
chair lift.
The historic Big Baby triple chair has retired to make way for
a new four-person chair. Novices will enjoy fewer stops and
more uphill capacity. And removing lift towers means improved
ski terrain and access to Mary Jane’s Lane.
More snowmaking.
Forty new high-temperature snowmaking guns increase snowmaking
capability and allow us to open the slopes for you as early in
the season as possible.
More grooming.
We’ve added a new BR 350 grooming vehicle to our fleet to make
conditions better than ever.
Now Blue Mountain has over 700 accommodation suites to choose
from!
Blue Mountain is Ontario's Largest Mountain Resort.
In the heart of the Georgian Triangle, nestled between the
shores of Georgian Bay and the heights of the Niagara
Escarpment, sits Ontario’s premiere four-season playground,
Blue Mountain Resort. Known for years as the province’s top
ski and snowboard destination, Blue Mountain features a
vertical of 720 feet, or 220 metres, with 34 trails ranging
from beginner slopes to double black diamond steeps.

Equipment Rental Rates
Off site rates available (Call to Enquire)
Blue Mountain has two fully
equipped rental centres to serve you: one at Grand Central
Lodge and one at South Base Lodge. Both provide three levels
of rental equipment: Sport, Performance and High Performance.
Both operate from 8:30 am to 10 pm daily. Grand Central Lodge
also has a retail outlet offering essentials such as hats,
gloves that you may need for a satisfying day at Blue. See
below for a description of the equipment levels to help you
choose the right package for you.
Ski Packages
Sport Equipment: An excellent starting point
for Beginner to Intermediate skiers offer a softer flex with a
more forgiving side-cut allowing you to initiate turns
smoother and easier.
Performance Equipment: Step up your
performance and comfort level with your skis and boots. Ideal
for the intermediate skier, this equipment is slightly stiffer
with a larger side-cut allowing greater edge hold and a more
performance orientated experience.
High Performance Equipment: Top-of-the-line
skis for the intermediate to advanced aggressive skiers. (This
equipment is top of the line allowing the intermediate to
advanced skier to ski all terrain that Blue Mountain has to
offer.)
Snowboard Packages
Sport Equipment: An excellent starting point
for the Beginner to Intermediate ride. The LTR board is a soft
flexing board allowing the beginner to intermediate rider to
turn easier.
Performance Equipment: Step up your
performance with a stiffer board allowing you to have better
edge and a more aggressive experience.
High Performance Equipment: Top-of-the-line
boards for the intermediate to advanced rider. They have great
edge hold and can be used on all terrain.
Note: A major credit card is required for a deposit on all
skis and snowboards. |
